As a supporter and seller of 'They Took The Lead', the book that tells the largely-forgotten tale of the part Orient played in the First World War, LOFT is more than happy to publicise the return trip to the Somme battlefields taking place next year. Organised by the book's author, Supporters Club deputy chairman Steve Jenkins, in conjunction with the Royal British Legion, the trip takes place over the weekend of 12-13 July 2008.
