LOFT is pleased to announce that its membership fee for next season has been maintained at a minimum £1 for all levels of adult membership, for both renewals and new members. We reduced the fee to this level in 2009 as a means to increase membership levels, and this together with a membership drive during the past year has been very successful in increasing our membership.

We acknowledge the concerns some members have about a potential reduction in LOFT's membership income, and we are grateful to those that have chosen to pay more than the minimum £1 in the past year. We would encourage all new and renewing members to consider setting their own fee at a level they can afford and are willing to pay, by one of the following methods:

• Membership by monthly standing order, at whatever monthly amount you feel is appropriate. This gives an added benefit to you of not having to renew your membership each year, as well as providing a steady income to LOFT
• Setting your own membership fee when joining or renewing online
• Write a different number on the membership form and cheque if joining or renewing by post!
