Court listing published for hearing
3/17/2017

The court listing has been published for Monday 20 March, in respect of the winding-up petition brought by HMRC against Leyton Orient.

The petition is due to be heard no earlier than 11am in court 1, in the High Court at the Royal Courts of Justice (7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL).

There is limited space in the court for the public, so we would ask that any O's supporters who wish to be present to gather outside the court with LOFT representatives. We expect that several media outlets will be outside the court from around 10:30 onwards.

As many fans as want to come along are welcome, but we would ask that you help us present professionally outside the court, so as not to affect our credibility with the court, any future administrator or any potential partners in the future.

We know that emotions will be running high on Monday, so we also ask that fans ensure Leyton Orient's reputation as a family-friendly club is maintained, and that any chanting or shouting outside the court is free of swearing or offensive language.

LOFT's legal team will be ready for all eventualities in court on Monday; we will do our best to ensure that the club continues after the hearing.
