Following the first match of the season against Doncaster Rovers, LOFT became aware that a number of members experienced severe delays in entering the South and West Stands. We wrote to the club earlier this week, to complain on our members' behalf, and we welcome the club's apology which was published yesterday.

LOFT hopes that the club's new contingency plans ensure that this type of problem does not occur again. We will monitor the turnstile situation at forthcoming home matches, and we will, of course, raise our members' concerns if similar problems arise in the future.
