All LOFT members were recently asked to send in their initial views on the three options put forward by the club, should West Ham United FC be given a tenancy at the Olympic Stadium. Many thanks to those who took the time to give us their opinions, the well-reasoned arguments that characterised the contributions will support us when we meet Barry Hearn again next month.
So far, the general consensus of those who have sent us their views have been to remain at Brisbane Road come what may, with more than four times as many people in favour of staying as against. A minority of respondents are in favour of moving to the Olympic Stadium, but half as many again are against the move. There is no enthusiasm at all for relocating elsewhere other than the Olympic Stadium (for example, Harlow).
