Love Orient, Hate Racism
10/13/2013

LOFT is proud to support the second 'Love Orient, Hate Racism' concert, a free event sponsored/supported by Leyton Orient Football Club, Leyton Orient Supporters Club, Leyton Orient Fans’ Trust and Kick It Out.

Leyton Orient has a long and proud tradition of welcoming fans and players from all races and backgrounds. Now we celebrate that tradition with an evening of music.

The main act is Steve White & The Protest Family, whose raucous folk punk sound has been heard at festivals throughout the summer. The original line-up met through a mutual love of Orient; the band includes three O’s season-ticket holders, often found propping up the Supporters Club bar. Some of the songs even have an Orient theme - you may have heard the band’s ‘Brisbane Road’ track played at the ground.

Joining them will be local music legend Graham Larkbey, an engaging, seasoned performer and devoted fan of lower league and non-league football.

Expect to be entertained, made to think (don’t worry, not too hard) and encouraged to sing along.

Where? Leyton Orient Supporters Club, Oliver Road, E10.

When? Saturday 26th October, 8pm – after O’s v Rotherham.

How much? FREE!
